Phillip Sample has over 25 years of experience in providing construction / field testing services in Ohio and Michigan. He hold an associates degree in Applied Science / Civil Engineering Technology from Owens Community College in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Phill also holds certifications in concrete field testing, as a technician, radiological safety, operations, and welding inspection.
He has worked as the lead technician on a number of projects in and around the Toledo area, including office expansions and building additions, new buildings and the Veteran's Glass City Skyway Bridge.
