Richard L. (Rick) Allen, P.E., has 32+ years experience providing civil & geotechnical engineering design, materials consulting services, construction quality control services and troubleshooting of earthwork, concrete, asphalt, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing, and other materials for a wide variety of commercial, transportation, education, healthcare, agricultural and industrial facilities.  His major project experience includes:

Rick enjoys collaborating with clients to help them achieve successful projects, as well as helping clients work through materials-related issues and problems.  He currently serves as Chair of the Ohio Board of Directors for the American Council of Consulting Engineers and is a member of the Ohio Concrete technical committee.

Rick and his wife enjoy photography (wildlife, macro, scenic and Americana), music (listening, playing and singing), traveling, and caring for their small menagerie of dogs, cats and a bird.
