Bowser-Morner Delivers on Home Depot Distribution Center

This project consisted of a new 1.6 million square foot warehouse, a public road built to this site from Pemberville Road and an electrical substation.  The project was built on an 157 acre site at a cost of $130 million and is one of the largest distribution facilities built in Ohio.  Initially, the project created 300 plus jobs. Today, more than 700 jobs have been created at the facility.

Bowser-Morner worked with Seefried Industrial Properties and the Conlon Company, General Contractor.  BMI was involved with this site beginning in 2010 when a wetlands determination study and a preliminary soil investigation were provided to Poggemeyer Design Group and the Northwestern Water and Sewer District as part of the Ohio Job Ready Site Program.
