During the design phase of this 76,000 square-foot warehouse expansion in Perrysburg, Ohio, Bowser-Morner was contracted by Lathrop |Turner Construction Company to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and by DGL Consulting Engineers, LLC to conduct a geotechnical soil exploration. During the construction phase, Bowser-Morner provided construction testing services to Lathrop for the new warehouse structure and silo foundations. Bowser-Morner was also hired by the City of Perrysburg for the utility inspection and stormwater inspection services. Bowser-Morner was able to provide a complete package of services throughout design and construction to multiple clients involved with this project.
