This new structure, comprising 75,000 square feet and built at a cost of $16,500,000, was completed in the fall of 2017. During the design phase of the 85,000 square-foot, three-story medical building in Sylvania, Lucas County Ohio, Bowser-Morner was contracted by ProMedica Health System to perform a geotechnical soil exploration.
